Wholesale FAQ
How do I get a price quote?
Send us your project specs via WhatsApp +86 158 5515 8769 or email: (1) crane type, (2) capacity in tons, (3) span in meters, (4) lifting height, (5) control mode (cabin/remote/pendant), (6) destination country, (7) quantity. We respond with a precise quote + initial CAD drawing within 4 hours (Mon-Sat 8:00-22:00 GMT+8).
What is the typical lead time?
Standard cranes: 30-45 days production + 25-45 days sea freight = 60-90 days total. Express production (extra 15-20% fee) can compress production to 20 days. Container gantry / large custom cranes: 60-90 days production. We share factory production photos weekly during your build.
What shipping options do you offer?
Sea freight FCL (full container) or breakbulk for cranes >40ft. Incoterms: CFR (port to port), CIF (with insurance), or DDP (duty paid to your warehouse). Major destinations: Hamburg, Rotterdam, NY/NJ, LA/Long Beach, Sydney, Dubai, Jeddah, Mumbai, Manila, Lagos. Sea freight typically $1,800-$6,000 per 40ft container depending on destination.
What payment methods do you accept?
T/T bank transfer: 30% deposit on PI, 70% before shipment (most common for orders <$80K). L/C at sight: trusted bank-to-bank guarantee for orders above $50K (especially Middle East, Africa, LATAM). Western Union: small-value parts orders only.
Do you provide installation and commissioning?
Yes. Two options: (1) We send 2 engineers to your site for installation supervision + commissioning + operator training (you cover round-trip airfare + accommodation + $200/day fee, typically 7-14 days). (2) We provide detailed assembly drawings + remote video guidance for self-installation (free).
What certifications come with the crane?
Standard included: factory quality certificate, ex-works inspection report, operating manual, electrical wiring diagrams, mechanical drawings. Optional (project-specific): CE marking, CCC certification, SGS third-party inspection, customs HS-code letter. CE adds ~$800-2,000 to project cost.
