How do I get a price quote?

What is the typical lead time?
Standard cranes 30-45 days production + 25-45 days sea freight = 60-90 days total. Express production (extra 15-20% fee) compresses production to 20 days.
Do you ship single-unit orders?
Yes. We have no MOQ. Sample-unit orders welcome for buyer evaluation. Full container or breakbulk based on crane size.
Pricing
Why dont you list prices?
Industrial crane pricing depends on span, height, capacity, control system, certification level and destination. Even the same QD20 overhead crane can vary $5K-$20K depending on these factors. We quote within 4 hours of full specs.
How do your prices compare to European brands?
Direct-from-Hefei pricing is typically 30-50% below comparable Konecranes/Demag/SWF spec. Quality difference: we use FEM/DIN-equivalent calculations + Chinese steel (Q345B/Q235B) + Schneider/Siemens electrics where specified.
Are there volume discounts?
Yes. 2-3 units of same model: ~5% discount. 5+ units: 8-12%. 10+: project-pricing (request quote). Multi-model bulk orders can also be bundled.
Shipping
Which Incoterms do you offer?
FOB Shanghai/Ningbo, CFR (most popular), CIF, DDP. DDP available for US/EU under 40ft container — adds 8-15% to project cost but eliminates buyer customs hassle.
How are large gantry cranes shipped?
Gantry cranes >12m span ship as breakbulk (out-of-gauge cargo): main beams in flat racks, end carriages + trolley + hoists in container. Shipping cost ~20-40% higher than container freight but unavoidable for large units.
Installation
Do you send engineers for installation?
Yes (optional). Two engineers, 7-14 days on-site, you cover round-trip airfare + accommodation + $200/day. Alternative: detailed assembly drawings + remote video guidance (free).
Do you train operators?
Yes — included when our engineers are on-site. Operator + maintenance training, typically 2-3 days. Multi-language: English/Spanish/Russian/Portuguese/Arabic operator manuals available.
Warranty
What is your warranty?
12 months from commissioning or 14 months from shipment (whichever is earlier). Covers manufacturing defects, electrical components, motors. Excludes wear parts (brake pads, wire ropes, hooks) and operator-error damage. Free spare parts during warranty period for non-shipping items.
How do you handle after-sales support?
WhatsApp/email support 24/7. Remote diagnostics for electrical/control issues. Spare parts shipped within 5 days. Maintenance contracts available for buyers with multiple units.
Certification
Do you have CE certification?
Yes, available per project (not included in base price; adds $800-1,500). We provide CE marking + Declaration of Conformity + DIN/FEM design calculation report. Critical for EU sales.
What about CCC for China-domestic re-export?
CCC certification available; adds $400-800 + 15-day lead time. Required for some Belt-and-Road project tenders.
Custom
Can you make non-standard sizes?
Yes. Custom span (up to 40m for some models), custom lifting height (up to 30m), explosion-proof variants, metallurgical (high-temp) variants, magnetic/grab attachments — all available. Adds 1-3 weeks to lead time.
