Technical Configuration

The cantilever I-beam supports an electric hoist that traverses left and right, enabling straight-line movement along the arm. The boom is fabricated as a hollow steel structure, which reduces dead weight while maintaining structural integrity, allowing for larger spans and higher lifting capacities without excessive foundation loading. The built-in walking mechanism utilizes specialized engineering plastic walking wheels equipped with rolling bearings, resulting in low friction, light movement, and a compact structure that maximizes hook stroke. Electrical components can be specified with Schneider or Siemens systems as optional upgrades, and control options include cabin operation, radio remote control, or pendant control, depending on site requirements. Safety devices include overload limiters, emergency stop functions, and travel limit switches, all designed in compliance with GB/T crane standards. Optional features such as variable frequency drives for smooth start/stop, corrosion-resistant coatings for harsh environments, and customized hook heights are available upon request.
