Technical Configuration

Technically, the Lifting Traversing PSH is fully configurable to project requirements, with capacity, span, and lifting height determined by the specific site layout and vehicle mix. Standard lifting speed ranges from 4.0 to 5.0 meters per minute, while traversing speed operates at 7.0 to 8.0 meters per minute. Lifting power is supplied by a 2.2 kW to 3.7 kW motor, paired with a 0.2 kW traversing motor, both utilizing a motor chain drive system for reliable and quiet operation. The structural design can be tailored as single-girder or double-girder configurations depending on load and span demands, fabricated from high-strength steel in accordance with GB/T crane standards and optional FEM or DIN guidelines. Electrical components are sourced from leading global suppliers, with standard Schneider electrics and optional Siemens upgrades available to meet regional compliance requirements. Control is offered in three modes: cabin operation for direct supervision, remote control for flexible management, and pendant control for maintenance or override situations. Safety devices include overload limiters, emergency stop functions, travel limit switches, anti-collision sensors, and audible/visual alarms. Optional features include weatherproof enclosures for outdoor installations, integrated CCTV monitoring, RFID access control, and backup power systems to ensure operation during outages.
