Technical Configuration

The capacity is project-specified, typically ranging from 5 tons to 100 tons, with spans extending from 10 meters to 35 meters as standard, though custom spans beyond this range are available upon engineering review. Lifting height is likewise project-defined, generally between 6 meters and 30 meters, with options for high-lift configurations. The main hoist mechanism utilizes a wire rope drum system with a planetary gearbox, offering smooth lifting and precise load positioning. For electrical control, the crane is equipped with either Schneider or Siemens components as the standard option, with the buyer selecting their preferred brand at the time of order. Control modes include cabin operation, radio remote control, and pendant push-button control, with the cabin featuring a full-view glass enclosure, ergonomic seating, and integrated control panel for operator comfort during extended shifts. Safety devices are comprehensive: overload limiter, emergency stop, travel limit switches on both cross-travel and long-travel axes, anti-collision buffers, and audible warning alarms. Optional features include variable frequency drives (VFD) for soft start and stop, IP55-rated electrical enclosures for dusty environments, explosion-proof configurations for hazardous zones, and galvanized or hot-dip galvanized surface treatment for corrosion resistance in coastal or chemical facilities.
