The crane operates under working level A6 (heavy duty) per GB/T crane standards, with structural configurations available as single-girder or double-girder designs depending on span and capacity demands. The main hoist mechanism is driven by a dedicated motor and gearbox, while the grab opening and closing functions are powered by a separate, independently controlled motor set for reliable cycle performance. Electrical systems are built with a choice of Schneider or Siemens components as optional upgrades, providing enhanced reliability and ease of integration with existing plant control networks. Control modes include cabin operation as standard, with remote radio control or pendant control available as alternatives. The cabin itself offers multiple entry configurations—end entry, side entry, or top entry—to suit site layout constraints. Standard safety devices include overload limiters, travel limit switches for both cross-travel and long-travel, emergency stop buttons, and audible warning alarms. Optional features can include variable frequency drives for smooth acceleration and deceleration, anti-sway technology, dust-proof or corrosion-resistant coatings for harsh environments, and thermal protection for motors.
