Technical Configuration

Technical configuration is fully adaptable to project requirements. The electric chain hoist is available in a capacity range from 0.1 tons to 60 tons, with lifting heights from 3 meters to 120 meters. Span dimensions are project-specified and can be configured for single girder or double girder bridge crane installations, as well as monorail, curved track, jib crane, or fixed suspension points. The hoist mechanism consists of an electric motor, a transmission system, and a load chain sprocket. All internal gears are high-temperature quenched to increase wear resistance and toughness, extending service life under frequent operation. The motor and electrical components can be specified with Schneider or Siemens controls at the buyer’s request, ensuring compatibility with existing plant electrical standards. Control modes include cabin operation, radio remote control, and pendant control, each selectable based on site safety requirements and operator preference. Standard safety devices include upper and lower limit switches, overload protection, emergency stop, and phase failure protection. Optional features include variable frequency drive for smooth start and stop, slip ring or festoon power supply for long travel, and corrosion-resistant coating for harsh environments. The entire hoist is manufactured in accordance with international standards including FEM, DIN, CMAA, and GB/T crane standards, with CE and CCC certification available upon request.
