Technical Configuration

Technically, the electric chain hoist is built to accommodate project-specified capacities ranging from 0.1 tons to 60 tons, with lifting heights from 3 meters to 120 meters as required by the application. The hoist can be configured for single-girder or double-girder crane structures, or mounted directly on suspended I-beams, curved tracks, jib cranes, or fixed lifting points. The transmission system features high-temperature quenched alloy steel gears that undergo a specialized heat treatment process to enhance surface hardness and wear resistance, ensuring long service life under continuous duty cycles. The electric motor is available with optional Schneider or Siemens electrical components, providing reliable variable frequency drive control or standard contactor-based operation. Control modes are fully customizable to project specifications and include cabin operation for overhead crane systems, wireless remote control for floor-level operation, or pendant control for direct line-of-sight handling. Standard safety devices include overload limit switches, emergency stop buttons, phase failure protection, and upper and lower travel limiters. Optional features such as IP55-rated enclosures for dusty environments, explosion-proof configurations for hazardous zones, and corrosion-resistant chain coatings for marine or chemical applications can be integrated upon request.

Manufacturing lead time is 30 to 45 days, depending on configuration complexity. After production, the remaining 70 percent balance is paid prior to sea freight shipment.
