Technical Configuration

The structure is fabricated from cold-rolled, high-strength steel profiles with a galvanized or painted finish, ensuring corrosion resistance and long service life. Single-girder designs are common for lighter loads and shorter spans, while double-girder configurations provide greater stability and higher capacity for demanding tasks. The travel mechanism uses precision-engineered wheels running on enclosed tracks, with manual or motorized trolley options. For the hoist, Chunhua integrates either a wire rope or chain hoist, with lifting speeds adjustable per project. The electrical system is built around Schneider or Siemens components as standard, with optional upgrades to other recognized brands. Control modes include cabin operation for heavy-duty cycles, radio remote control for operator mobility, and pendant control for direct, hands-on handling. Safety devices are integrated throughout: overload limiters, emergency stop switches, end-of-track buffers, and anti-collision systems for multi-crane installations. Optional features include variable frequency drives for smooth acceleration and deceleration, festoon cable systems for power delivery, and corrosion-resistant coatings for harsh environments. All designs comply with FEM, DIN, or CMAA standards, as well as GB/T crane standards, ensuring global technical acceptance.
