KBK cranes
Chunhua Crane’s KBK light lifting system is a modular, custom-engineered overhead material handling solution designed for production lines, assembly stations, and warehouse environments where precise, repetitive lifting is required. Since 2003, we have supplied KBK cranes to industrial buyers across 60+ countries, and the core strength of this product lies in its flexibility: each crane is built to project-specified capacity, span, and lifting height, allowing seamless integration into existing facility layouts without structural overhauls.
The KBK crane is fabricated from cold-rolled, high-strength steel profiles in a closed-section design, available as single-girder or double-girder configurations depending on the required span and duty cycle. Capacity is project-specified, typically ranging from 125 kg to 2,000 kg, with spans up to 10 meters and lifting heights tailored to the customer’s clearance. The runway system uses a standardized suspended track profile, which reduces installation time and eliminates the need for dedicated crane columns. Travel drives are powered by SEW or ABB motors with frequency inverters for smooth acceleration and deceleration. Electrical components are sourced from Schneider Electric as standard, with Siemens options available upon request. Control modes include cabin operation, wireless radio remote control, and pendant pushbutton stations, all with emergency stop and overload limiting devices. Optional features include end-of-travel buffers, anti-collision sensors for multi-crane bays, and corrosion-resistant coatings for humid or chemical environments. The crane is designed and tested in accordance with FEM 9.511, DIN 15018, and GB/T 3811 standards, and CE certification is available for EU-bound shipments.

These KBK cranes serve a wide range of industrial sectors. In steel mills, they handle die changes and maintenance lifts in confined areas where overhead bridge cranes cannot reach. Port and shipyard facilities use them for container lashing gear and small parts handling on quaysides. Automotive assembly lines rely on KBK systems for engine block and transmission lifts, while food and beverage warehouses deploy them for palletizing and drum handling in cold storage. Other common applications include pharmaceutical cleanrooms, where the closed-profile design minimizes dust accumulation, and heavy machinery workshops for component positioning during fabrication.
Buying directly from Chunhua Crane eliminates intermediary markups, resulting in pricing 30–50% below equivalent European-branded KBK systems while maintaining comparable quality. We hold CCC certification for the Chinese domestic market and can issue CE documentation for European projects. Every crane is custom-engineered to the buyer’s dimensional and capacity requirements, and our engineering team provides a preliminary CAD layout within four hours of receiving the inquiry. Sea freight is arranged to over 60 countries through our logistics partners, and we can coordinate optional on-site installation supervision by a Chunhua technician if required.
The ordering process is straightforward. Contact us via WhatsApp or email with your required capacity, span, lifting height, and preferred control mode. Our engineering team will respond with a quotation and a CAD general arrangement drawing within four hours. Once the quotation is accepted, a 30% T/T deposit is required to initiate production. Manufacturing takes 30 to 45 days, depending on the complexity of the configuration. After production, we arrange sea freight to your nearest port, and you can choose to have our team supervise installation on-site or follow our detailed manual for self-installation.
