Technical Configuration

The technical configuration of the Parking Space Visual Intelligent System is fully project-specified, meaning capacity, span, and lifting height are engineered to match the exact dimensions and weight requirements of each installation. Capacity can range from 2 tons per parking space up to 10 tons for heavy-vehicle applications, with spans adjustable from 6 meters to over 30 meters depending on site layout. Lifting height is customized to the building clearance, typically between 4 meters and 20 meters. The structural design is available in single-girder or double-girder configurations, fabricated from high-strength steel per GB/T crane standards, with optional FEM, DIN, or CMAA compliance upon request. The electrical system is built around a programmable logic controller (PLC) with a choice of Schneider or Siemens components, ensuring reliable automation and easy integration with building management systems. Control options include a central cabin with ergonomic workstation, a remote radio transmitter with a range of up to 100 meters, and a wired pendant station for local override. Safety devices include limit switches, emergency stop buttons, overload protection, anti-collision sensors, and audible/visual alarms. Optional features include automatic license plate recognition, barrier gate integration, smartphone app-based reservation, and backup battery power for the monitoring system.
