Technical Configuration

Technically, the Plane Mobile system is fully customizable to project specifications, with capacity, span, and lifting height determined by the client’s site requirements. The structure is available in both single-girder and double-girder configurations, depending on load demands and span width. Standard lifting speed ranges from 4.0 to 5.0 meters per minute, with traversing speed between 7.0 and 8.0 meters per minute. Lifting power is typically 2.2 kW to 3.7 kW, while traversing power is 0.2 kW, driven by a motor chain-type transmission for smooth, low-maintenance operation. Control options include cabin operation, remote control, and pendant control, providing flexibility for different operator environments. Electrical components can be specified with Schneider or Siemens systems as optional upgrades, ensuring compatibility with international standards. All units are designed in accordance with GB/T crane standards and can be certified to CE or CCC upon request. Safety devices include overload limiters, emergency stop functions, travel limit switches, and anti-collision sensors. Optional features include weatherproof enclosures for outdoor use, automated pallet detection, and integration with facility management software.
