Technical Configuration

The crane is available in three structural forms: non-cantilever, single cantilever, and double cantilever, with the cantilever extending from either one or both door legs to facilitate direct loading and unloading of container trucks or railway vehicles. The main beam can be configured as a single girder or double girder design, depending on load requirements and span length. For the electrical system, we offer optional integration of Schneider or Siemens components, ensuring reliable power distribution and precise control. The crane can be operated via cabin control, remote radio control, or pendant control, providing flexibility for different site conditions. Safety is paramount, and each unit is equipped with overload limiters, anti-collision devices, travel limit switches, emergency stop systems, and wind speed anemometers. Optional features include spreader automation, container twist lock detection, data logging systems, and anti-sway technology for enhanced operational efficiency.
