Technical Configuration

Technical configuration begins with a fully customizable capacity range from 100 tons to 2,500 tons, with spans typically exceeding 40 meters and reaching up to 230 meters, while the cover plate height under the main beam ranges from 40 to 100 meters. To accommodate large spans, the gantry structure employs a rigid leg on one side and a flexible leg on the opposite side, connected through a flexible hinge to absorb thermal expansion and dynamic loads. The main beam is available in either single-girder or double-girder design, selected based on lifting requirements and operational envelope. The crane is typically equipped with two trolleys: an upper trolley and a lower trolley that travel on independent rails, with the lower trolley capable of passing beneath the upper trolley for coordinated lifting sequences. Each trolley can be fitted with multiple hoisting mechanisms to enable single-hook, double-hook, or triple-hook lifting configurations. The electrical system can be specified with Schneider or Siemens components, providing reliable variable-frequency drive control for smooth acceleration and precise positioning. Control options include cabin operation, radio remote control, or pendant control, depending on site preferences. Safety devices include overload limiters, buffer stops, anti-collision systems, wind speed anemometers, and emergency stop circuits. Optional features include micro-rotation capability for in-air hull segment turning, synchronized hoist control for tandem lifts, and integrated load monitoring systems with real-time data display.
